Make some toast and a couple of poached eggs.

And eat!
Cheers. Normally do them Xmas day - par-boil, chuck in oven with fried pancetta. Long winded fuck on. Will just fry with pancetta this year.
 
they're good with chorizo too. Eat them about twice a week when you can get them. In a cast iron skillet, butter, seasoning, bacon/chorizo and into my pellet grill. The individual leaves that fall off when you half them go dead crispy. Lush.
 
sprouts are just small cabbages, and you have that in bubble and squeak. i normally par boil then fry with bacon but saw something at the weekend where they halved them and roasted them in the oven, and finished by frying in butter and garlic. might try that
 
Bacon or pancetta in a oven proof dish, fry sprouts for a few mins.
Then half way up them with chicken stock and roast in the oven, crispy tops lush.
