Clearly never seen Connolly

Aye, that’s a fairly obvious response but he has come on in games in similar situations and provided fresh legs.

If we’re really in a situation where we have literally no good options to bring on and changes will only be made when enforced then it’s a real failure of recruitment and planning for a 46 game campaign.

Another 2 points thrown away , what’s wrong with bringing subs on ?
Did very well to get back in front but the defending for their 2nd is woeful, don’t even want to think about Mayenda’s miss !!

subs take up time, subs take the momentum out of the last 10 minutes, subs bring fresh energy, subs win you the three points. The equaliser was always going to be a punt into the box. Two centre half’s on the bench. Poor game management.

Had Mayenda scored 99% on here would have been talking about the good game he had. Idiots.

Would have taken a point before the game but I’m very disappointed now. Would have been 2 points between us and top spot.
But he didn't score, he also skewed a shot when free at back post, he doesn't look like scoring nor could he get a game in the SPL last year. He's lively but absolutely no goal threat at all and will not challenge in the air. Ba was more of a goal threat and he was absolutely awful.

Anyone with fresh legs. Alese could have come on with a change of shape. Connolly could have come on and worked their full backs hard. He had options today; he chose not to use them.
With 20 minutes to go we were comfortable, no chance he was going to change shape.

Connolly isn’t a winger, nothing like it.

If Rigg hadn’t got injured i’m certain we’d have won that match.

Agree with this, but would add he’s the manager with a good record so far, so he probably knows what he’s doing and would hazard a guess he knows more about football management and substitutions than 100% of the posters on here.

Mayenda has squandered SO many opportunities when he has the ball, Since his return from injury. I really don't want to see him again until next year,if he's improved.

He has his pros but I didn't have any confidence in him scoring when given the chance with it being on his right. Wish he'd have at worst toe poked it.

We have a great chance to get out of this league this season man. Such a defeatist attitude will get us nowhere. The 3 points were there for the taking. We should have slowed the game down and brought some fresh legs on.
What fresh legs would have improved us?

He didn’t have a decent game. He doesn’t need to be scapegoated though; the manager should have taken him off when it was obvious he needed to come off.
He was on the pitch when we went 2-1 up and were absolutely battering them.
He's raw and will be in and out of games, but RLB obviously rates him as good enough to start.
I agree that he should've been subbed, mind. I think Aouchiche would've replaced him if Rigg hadn't had to go off.

I just hope Rigg is OK...
