Looked everywhere on line can't seem to find any opening times (not on ticket either), upgraded and just need to know what time opens.

Yeah 11.30 sounds pretty early. Imagine it'll be dead in there at that time even if it is unless you're just happy to grab a seat and sup away with little atmosphere.
