The fella he hit the sixes off died recently. His obit was in last months the cricketer magSir Gary certainly played for Notts and had a memorable over of slowing v Glamorgan

Think it was Malcolm mate.
A few years later Frank Hayes of Lancs hit him for 34 in an over but Nash ended up with 993 FC wickets so he was no mug.

Correct. Chris Nash was a Sussex player iirc. I’m nashing off
but Malcolm Nash won't regret his over of infamy- would have earned a decent living on the after-dinner circuit recounting it-and a book.
