A wonderful bowler - I used to love watching him as a kid in the 1970s . One of the legendary Indian spin quartet from that time along with Chandra, Prasanna and Venkat.

Loved Bedi when I was a young 'un, think it must have been 1974 when I became aware of him and then probably the John Player League. Great player. RIP

I was sitting in the stand opposite the one named in his honour last week. I never realised he wanted his name taken off it cos he hated the bloke the stadium is named after (Arun Jaitley, corrupt politician/DDCA administrator).
