Binaural beats for sleep

Anyone use them? Having a shite time sleeping these days, go out like a light then wake up 15 minutes later and will be awake for hours. Does my head in, also I never get much “deep” sleep according to my sleep stats, average about 3% (pretty sure it’s not sleep apnea). Tried antihistamines lately but they make no difference.

I’m pondering going to the docs, just wondered whether anyone had good/bad/indifferent experiences with these binaural beats?
 


What time do you go to bed? Have you tried going to bed later, and I mean much later? If you normally go at 11, try staying up til 2 for a couple of weeks so you’re in massive sleep debt. You might find you can sleep by the motorway after that.
