Just watched the first game, 1970 home to Spurs. State of the RP pitch! Bog rolls everywhere! Great first goal, a bicycle kick from Billy Hughes, then in second half Joe Baker ( I think) hacked down in the box, no pen, but then Dennis Tueart wins a pen and Gordon Harris scores a great pen. Spurs get a consolation goal. Great watch, enjoyed that.

Been watching the first few games and really enjoyed it.
A few comments:
2nd match v Luton away 71/2 1-1. Bobby Kerr goal. Forget who scored for them
3rd game v Millwall 71/2 3-3 v Millwall. Dave Watson our no. 9 Derek Forster in goal.
4th game Oxford away, 73/4 won 1-0, that great goal by Tueart, also features an analysis of Dave Watson's performance by Brian Clough.
5th game 75/6 v Charlton away. Won 2-1 Tony Towers spraying the ball around. Derek Hales sent off for kicking Mick Henderson.
6th game 76/7 v West Ham. 6-0. Brilliant, and a great chant of you dirty f*ckin bastard early on.
So far so good...
