Bid rejected for Clarke

Yeah, I can’t see Burnley spending that (also can’t see Clarke forcing a move there either).

Everton would be an interesting one as despite the fact they are a basket case, they are still a big club and it may tempt Clarke. Mind, I don’t think they’d spend £20m so they’d likely make Clarke force a move.

Palace is a bit meh tbh.

Be interesting to see what happens.
I think he’ll be well suited to Brentford given how he plays, but like Burnley - can’t see them spending that amount.

I'd be well gutted if he goes to bloody Burnley! What a waste.

I pop over there now n again tbf.
I have just been on the Burnley forum seen someone saying he was talking to a sunlan fan saying deal done. Then you go on 606 the person on there saying he was talking to a itk from Burnley saying the deal is done. Could be the same person jumping from one forum to another.

Good work mate👏👏

Personally I think the only question to be answered here is how much we’re getting for him, I’m afraid to say that it very much looks like he’s on his way.

Bob just posted Clarke not leaving unless it's for "£22mill and that's from the top"..meaning KLD. Bit of a random price like.

I imagine the suggested fee will be based on the profit we want to make (£22m - what we paid - sell on clause = our profit)

As much as I want him to stay, if we get into the territory of making a profit of say £10-12m, it’s acceptable

I'd imagine if someone bids £18-20m we'll start negotiating, can't see us entertaining anything less than that. We'll want around £25m imo.
