Spurs paid 10 mil for him from Leeds,if we sell for that it would show lack of ambition. We have to pass a chunk of any sale to Spurs.I’d imagine £15-18 plus some add ins and he will be away

Clarke stats are through the roof for a winger, would be poor by the club if they accept anything other than eye watering bidAlternatively, strike while the iron is hot. We turned down big money from Spurs for Kenwyne Jones and big money from Everton for Lamine Kone, both left for next to nowt.
Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather keep Clarke but if he wanted to play in the PL and a good deal is on the table then take it and give somebody else a chance.
This is my feeling like. Folk might gawp at it but it’s what he brings and how we replace it.30m at the very least
I agree, there should be no need to sell, everything is in our favour.Clarke stats are through the roof for a winger, would be poor by the club if they accept anything other than eye watering bid
£20m too much? Not shite and better than Clarke. Aside from that I agree. £20m would be good money.

This ^^^ he'll be gone in a week or soBecause of ffp the most we can possibly offer the lad is probably 30k. A prem team can double if not more.
Ya looking at an increase of 30k a week wages. If Clarke chooses to turn that down good on him. If SAFC get an acceptable bid and he accepts not a soul could possibly blame him (even though they will no doubt).
How can you say everything is in our favour? We can’t match what others can offer, not by a long stretch, and as a championship club we couldn’t turn down anything close to 20 million.
If your employer refused to let you leave for double your wage if not more, would you be happy with it?
Probably right but 9m is an insulting offer potter left hull for brentford for 16 mill…..the offer isn’t even in the ballparkno one would be stupid enough to pay more than £20m for a player who has failed at that level before..
Everything is in our favour in terms of his contract, they either pay the fee or we don't sell. It's not a Ross Stewart who is going into his last year.Because of ffp the most we can possibly offer the lad is probably 30k. A prem team can double if not more.
