Bid rejected for Clarke

Some random foreign kid who may come good in a couple of years time?
Well, we, we signed Clarke and Stewart and Diallo for start.

You seem to think the club want to get rid of their best players and replace them with shite. We've done it in the past, I agree. But there is nothing to suggest the current set up is likely to do that.

When John Stones goes to city for the amount he did, it has to be the north end of 20m imo.
john stones was a top premier league defender when he went to city..the comparison is ludcrous..
really its about lookingat the price stones went to everton for..adjusting for inflaion and the fact clarke is an attacking player

Double it and we MAY be tempted, wouldnt be enough for me, but £18 million is a large chunk of money
Not enough, we should never be selling cheap again. Other clubs should be paying way over the odds if we are going to use the money wisely to invest. Otherwise they can fuck off and we will have another go at promotion, with some class goals to watch.

What if he goes to the Mags!!!

Hes not going to Newcastle
Stop spitting yer dummy out man. We've rejected the bid (if there even was one). Players come and go, what's important here is that we get big money for them to reinvest in the side.

You of course know this already, but you have to be a complete knacker about it.

Get more money from promotion than selling him

Should of just said We've turned down one deal already for twice that amount. They might get some idea what kind of money we are after.
