Betting pop up

This new betting pop up, there was one for odds of 7/1 for the Boro Arsenal game tonight.... Similar looking box that shows up for server updates and the like.

Is this a thing this site has implemented or is it just part of the regular adverts?

If it's part of RTG, how do I stop them from showing up again in future?
 


Not really a pop-up, or certainly shouldn't be - but yes a notice from RTG like the server updates etc.

You can dismiss it with the "x" in the corner and you won't see anything again until there is a new "offer".

The only way you can permanently stop them is to subscribe to the ad free or contributor groups for a small fee. Neither of those groups see these adverts.

Unfortunately the site costs a small fortune to run and advertising revenue has fallen dramatically over the last couple of years as more people run ad-blockers and move from desktop to mobile devices which means we have to explore alternative methods.
