Best Three Opposing Players At SOL This Season

Timber hasn't been mentioned but thought him and Saka were excellent together, especially when they were pushing for the 2nd goal in the second half.

Bowen had a good first half against Seelt but was quiet once Alderete came on. Hard to believe Seelt played in the Premier League for us this season.

Thiago, Semenyo, N'Diaye, top three. Bowen, and Trossard were close. However, the best player I've seen at the SOL this season is Xhaka 😃
Thiago and Isaak are probably the only two forwards that have bullied our defence in recent times.
10 goals in 13 games, with all due respect for Brentford, is astonishing in the Premier.

Seelt will come good. Look at how Semenyo has developed.

I thought Grealish looked very good for Everton. Rice and Bowen probably the two standouts for me though.

Bowen was excellent in the first half against us. Shame for him that the rest of his team was crap.

Thiago always looked a threat in the Brentford game.

Re Trossard, Hume had him in his pocket the whole game but the one time he was up against Sadiki he showed his devastating quality if you switch off from him even for a second.
I thought that first half in particular, Evanilson was very good yesterday.
Seen a few of their fans giving him stick on the socials, questioning what he offers. I thought he looked quality.
Didn’t think much of Rice to be honest, but probably had too high an expectation.
I thought he was excellent, 2nd half in particular it was like there were 2 of him, he was everywhere!

For me I'd go with;

Thiago
Rice
Semenyo - although Bowen runs him close, similar directness

First half especially, Bowen was superb in the opener.

It was obviously extremely early days but he had me thinking "fuck me, we are miles off having a player like that". He should definitely be playing for a side at the top end of the PL.

Rice is the only CM that has made Xhaka look like a human being so far this season.

Semenyo was only at about 70% yesterday and had me (and even Mukiele to be fair) shitting myself every time he got the ball.

They're probably the 3 for me, in no particular order, with an honorable mention to Ndiaye.

Bowen, Trossard and Semenyo. Yesterday, our former loanee looked dangerous every time he was on the ball.

WHU feels like so long ago now but Bowen was superb. Id also mention damsgaard in addition to the other mentions.
