Benitez has left Dalian

Genuine question...if he came back, what would they expect to him to achieve now what he couldn't achieve then???

He would get them safe sadly but to be fair Bruce will do that too, just. Rafa will then get god status again claiming to the idiots that it was a marvelous achievement.
Then in the summer he will go public in a war with Ashley over funds. The mags will side with Rafa and then stand outside Sports Direct and protest.
Even though it is shut due to covid, the clowns will be there in their Sports Direct face masks.
Ashley will not want to go through this shit again. He would be mental to re employ Rafa

They are different to other fans.
Unlike other fans they like forwards that score goals, they have a special relationship with them.
Unlike other fans they like their ground, so much so it's a cathedral.
Basically they are the bestest supporters ever because no other fans have the same relationship with their club.
The Cathedral on the Hill is by far the best one .....oh and the 20,000 season ticket waiting list....oh and the famous Number 9...oh and the special relationship with the Fa Cup...

The net Bruce v Benitez net spend meltdown is great as well.

Particularly as the reason Bruce has a bigger one is because Rafa left him with a load of worthless shite, and of course Bruce didn't relegate them so their best players didn't want to leave.

Why would he go back to Newcastle seeing as he reckons he wasn’t backed last time?

Loads of their fans are still utterly convinced that the Saudi takeover will happen. Probably saying that Benitez has left Dalian because he's been tipped the wink that a deal is almost done

Expected as much as it looked like he was on course for another relegation in china.
Fat Mikes in a real pickle now, he takes the full brunt of the hate again with him there without a manager to buffer it and hated if he doesn't employ him. :)
If they get him back they'd be mental to let have any say on transfers again.
