If he was to leave he would find himself in a not too similar position to Moyes in regards to his next job however I suspect rafa would think he is better than some of the jobs that would be offered to him.
 
Ashley has always been strict with wage bill thats why they rarely sign proven premier league players.

No good have a budget for a 25m player if you can only offer 50k a week. Something Moyes found out last season.
