Ben Duckett - drunk.

Yeah, I was surprised at some of the physiques from the beach, they certainly weren't as toned as you'd expect top level professional sportsmen to be, which is surprisingly given they had overprepared for the previous test.
Some of the aussie physiques aren't particularly good but attitudes 10 times better

Key has already came out and started firefighting, appearing on Sky Cricket Podcast & TMS.
Love Athers and Nas but the cosy chat in the stand was far from the grilling Key deserves, and the tone was very much "does this set back a little the progress you've made?"

Yeah a mate of mine works for Spurs. The only player who drinks is Maddison basically, none of the others touch the stuff.

As you say, the games moved on because there's too much money at stake. Cricket will have to get there, or it becomes this joke "sport" where people don't consider them athletes like rugby or football.

There’s still an old school mentality with some of these tours mind. Although rugby has attempted to move with the times, you will still see some of old behaviours on show.

I thought they were good and because Hussain and Atherton are seen as fair and balanced difficult questions are more powerful coming from them. Key was uncomfortable and there will be more to come.

Make it 5-0 Aussies, sorry like they've not took this serious. The negatives of over-protecting and little criticism when it blows up you don't know how to handle reality and do silly things like this.
That should be the end of him IMO. I don’t care what he’s averaged since 2022. He’s been pathetic in this series anyway.

The whole set up absolutely stinks. Players know they won’t be dropped so they feel like they can do whatever the fuck they want.
He's a good player but you can't have your opening batsman behaving like that.

Bethell enjoying himself. More birds than runs this series.
We'll at least he won't be tired due to playing ;)

Be funny as fuck the mental gymnastics they’ll employ to still play him in Melbourne.

Compare this with Pep who said the City players will be weighed on the 23rd then on Boxing Day, and anyone putting on more than a kilo will be left out of the squad.

The difference between winners and losers. The difference between a top sports coach with a winning mentality and a useless knacker.

Hopefully this is the straw that broke the camels back and we see the end of this England management/ coaching team. Hopefully the “one of the boys” culture will be ended as well and some players, who should’ve lost their place a long time ago, will have to start fighting for a position in the starting 11

One can only dream - but it's an elitist sport, so doubt the "one of the boys" culture will ever go. But there should be a shakeup from top to bottom at the very least after this series.

Even the most chummiest of the clique must realize their toast after this.

I am going to attempt to defend Duckett here...you can't keep them locked up in hotels for days on end, it's bad for mental health , morale and anxiety...these Noosa days were earmarked for the players to relax and no doubt get pissed...... unfortunately he's been videoed after getting lost. Cricket unlike most sports doesn't need you to be super fit. I myself have had many a better performance on the cricket pitch after a night on the piss.

On the other hand I'm waiting to be shot down here. He is a professional sportsman representing England, we were 2-0 down etc etc I do think it's bad but if he's been given license to go out and drink then it's the hierarchy to blame.
