BBQ tips

Love a bbq. Always had small kettle style charcoal ones, but also a used outback charcoal one. Bought a 5 burner gas one from home base last year reduced to 99. Cost another 80 for gas bottle that was filled but was more than happy with it. Was always wary of gas ones, but they are good. They take longer to clean than I thought tbh but it's great just to fire it up.
As someone else said best advice is clean on the day of use after, as always puts me off cleaning a dirty old greased up bbq.

Cheers everyone - few of you mentioned a chimney. This is probably a stupid question but what do you mean by that? Like one of those outdoor things people use to keep warm?

Gas BBQs are for lasses only.

Weber Kettle or Snide Kamado Joe, cannot go wrong. But you might also need a bullet smoker, a Weber Go Anywhere and an Ooni pizza oven also, apparently. The bullet smoker gets the least use for me at the minute with the exception of smoking bacon
