Last few times I've tried to watch, they've just been going on about women's football

it's just out of date, same as Soccer Saturday, why watch it when you can get the scores instantly on your phone

I’d be surprised if the majority of the MOTD audience weren’t pensioners.

Highlights are uploaded around 30 mins after full time in all divisions now, so MOTD is a pointless watch at night nowadays.

Soccer Saturday is good imo, especially the ones where they show all the goals as they go in.

I used to enjoy MOTD of a satda night but now all the interesting matches are on sunday so MOTD on saturday is left with scraps.

Also running order should be random because you know you're in for a shite match as it comes to the end.
