I’m not judging him at all yet but I’m not confident he’s up to international standard

said all the stats said don’t pick a spinner etc, he very much came across like Peter moores

If you take the non English players out of county cricket the standard is quite poor.
Not many pucker Englishmen would make the best county championship side. Sibley would be one but his technique looks awful.
