Bayern want Brobbey

Brobbey is a funny one. His value has to be in the £60-70m bracket based on other sales, but he’s not especially prolific.

Think he’ll either go to an elite team as a squad / impact player or stay put.

In that sort of length of deal after we invested 20 million got to look to triple it for a young striker -60 million ?
How much were Waltermade ànd Wissa ?
 
As much as I am enjoying him these past few weeks, partly for the hilarity of seeing him chucking big lumps of centre halves around (he visibly measured up the spurs sub on Sunday as soon as he came on), links to clubs like Bayern are utterly insane. He's nowhere near that standard.
 
Of course and sadly we will sell some top players across the next few years. Look at Brighton, Bournemouth, Burnley etc, they’ve sold hundreds of millions of pounds worth of players.

Our challenge is spending the money wisely. We had a brilliant window last summer but spending, especially in the next price bracket up can be really tough. Just ask the Mags. How will we get on spending say £50m on a player or two?

We haven’t seen anywhere near the best of him the way we generally setup. For a lot of the season there’s been nobody within 15 yards of him.

At a club like Bayern with complete control in most games with players supporting him and getting past him he would be an absolute beast.

I have the same feeling. I get the impression (from what little I have read) that maybe he was reluctant to come here and honestly, if a club like Bayern come in then it's TTFN

Players at Bayern are in a different universe technically from him. He's miles away from the standard required for a club like that currently.
