Batth to Norwich ** confirmed **

A good few years ago now, a former CF of ours made the comment, you start winning games by not losing.l, ie not conceding!

So we have Patterson, 3 decent full backs, imho Ballard and Batth, would be a good CB pairing, with a couple of youngsters as back-up. 09 in fron of the back four as DM.

Then all we have to do is nick a goal...

We have a better defensive record this year than last

To me if you have Batth at centre half and 09 in DM you are gonna be poorer playing the ball out from the back, which is usually how our possesion builds attacks.

I think if the game is twatting balls up to a target man and battling for second balls I'd agree with you.

Hmm, yes we need a CF as a target man, who can win headers/flick ons, hold the ball up and bring others in, (its our big missing piece) plus of course what we have now, playing out from the back with wingers and AMs like Neil.

But a solid defence is a must!

I called it in Jul and early Aug that we would be looking to either replace him or he won’t get a game here.

A blind man on a galloping house could see it from the first pre season he wasn’t going to get any game time and we were playing different football.

Obviously it’s hard for you to catch on :lol:
