We did this last week, but we don't have the players to play any formation that really works. Thats whats annoying me most. Its clear what we are missing but we don't go out and fix that problem. We could do with better players, but we have gaping holes in the squad that need fixing.

Yes and I agree, i think we both can agree that 4-4-2 doesn't always work in the championship

Was on here posting mate - check if you want. Even had a chat with @janey where I spoke about it being difficult to follow my shambles at the moment. Because unlike You, I will admit that we are shite. Are you able to yet? Still convinced Grabban will score more than Gayle? We are both shite, find it hilarious you struggle to admit it.

4-5-1 then its all the same. Getting Cattermole to sit in front of the back 4 allows the wingers to move up the pitch a little meaning that the wide men can play a little higher.
Mcgeady doesn't really track back well anyway.
We are getting overrun in the middle because Cattermole isn't mobile enough. Both N'Dong and Cattermole are easily taken out as we are currently only pressing with one player.
But it will only work if we sign someone who can actually hold the ball up and we can start playing between the lines.

Time to show some discontent then. Grayson is not playing to their strengths, or what little stengths they have. He appears to have chosen them. Just because he is a lower league manager does not mean he should be given an easier time of it.
