Banging on the back row….

I literally don't even notice it, honestly maybe celebrate the goal instead of getting out a notepad to remember everything that annoys you just after we've scored

Disgusting behaviour, should glue broken glass to the boards with barbed wire round it.

It makes me incandescent, if incandescent is the correct word for ‘barely bothers me’

Just watching highlights. Seemed to delay the rattling so you can hear the roar properly for a few seconds at least. Sounds so much better. I don't notice it where I sit but I'm in the 'please stop it' camp!
They must have got their main rattle out of the way when our penalty was given. Or someone near had a word with them. I can't imagine it going down well if you sit near it.

Lad who does it is a few rows along from me . Family surname is quite well known through business in sunderland

Read the thread marra. This is not noticeable at the match. (Unless you're unfortunate to sit next to them).

This is specific to watching our replays back on tv. No one can hear the crowd roar after we've scored because some people feel the need to tw@t metal hordings. I mean, we've just scored and a split second later the 1st thought that comes into your mind is to go to town on the metal boards? I don't get it myself. Like I said on another thread. Pretty selfish.

I wonder what people's views would be if these same people pulled out their vuvuzelas and blew them all game?

Read the post. Its about the tv replays.

Look its fine you're 12, you've got pent up energy, I get it. Shame the advertising boards are feeling the brunt, but its okay, you'll grow out of it. Might even start talking to girls soon.

I remember Grimsby Town away in the 90’s when our fans were banging the metal wall at the back in time to “You’re shit and you stink of fish.”. We won 0-4 so the banging didn’t do us away harm.
Didn't do it during goal celebrations. Which is what the thread is about.

As someone who is at least 101% against any idiotic drummer ever being allowed into the ground, i actually quite like the banging when i score. When we score sorry.

There's a petition to ban them that was posted on here after the Arsenal match. Was doing gangbuster numbers last time I checked it (three) Go and sign it?
