Banging on the back row….

Will say it again: I like it.

It only seems to happen for absolutely massive goals.

Adds something to the general feeling of “limbs” for me.
Every goal at home this season must have been massive.

Get your mind out of the gutter! :D

But seriously, the fuckers in the south stand on the back row banging the boardings or whatever it is…. Please stop it!

1. Sounds horrific
2. Does nothing to help the atmosphere
3. Sounds horrific

Could hear it on most clips I watched last night and sounds absolutely tin-pot
Of the movies on a Saturday night with you?

My problem with it is that it's like booing. If even a few hundred people out of our crowd booed something while everyone else cheered, the boos would come through louder than cheering.

This is the same. The banging sounds so loud which makes our cheering sound less amazing because of the way the sound is picked up more clearly. I don't know why I care, but everyone who has been there at those absolutely top tier moments knows how loud it is, and yet sometimes on highlights or TV all you hear is this sharp ba
thia is why anyone who boos gets grabbed by everyone amd slammed head first into the metal when we score.

Pretty sure it’s the advertising boards just below the boxes. People lean out the boxes and whack them
Yeah definitely is. We're in back row of SWC and there's a couple of boxes behind us that always seem to be full of kids. Little bassas constantly whacking them, had a f***ing stotting headache after the Everton game.
Doesn't bother me so much to start a petition though, at least the kids are getting into it.

Doesn't bother me...more noise the better...in fact it wakes fans up to be honest to make more noise.

Just think if you were in Europe where they have trumpets , drums , megaphones to keep crowd in their toes.

Sometimes I don’t even clap because I don’t want the sound to impact my peers in fact I only make noise when we do the knee prior to the games and even then it’s a quiet boo
