Of course we can but it can’t be an excuse. They are missing their captain and best player, Tonali who is being linked with 80 million moves in the summer and Miley who was one of their best players first half.

I’m saying it’s no excuse as they also have 3 first teamers and their central midfield largely out

If they can only beat us when we’ve got a depleted squad (2nd most injuries in the league I think) then it’s a bit embarrassing for them. :lol:

Miley wouldn't make their best 11.

We could be missing 6 of our starting 11 today.

The difference is, they can replace them with 100m+ worth of player. Joelinton 40m, Ramsey 45m, Willock 25m.

We are looking day playing Luke Onien ffs

It is, I agree. Obviously they'll not see it that way. They're beyond desperate to beat us in the league. If the defence line up is what we think it's going to be, winning today would be like a championship v PL cup upset.

Not an equal footing though. Their squad is 3 or 4 times the cost.

Thank f. One of my mates just put what looks like a formal but not official team in the chat and he wasn't in it.

Neither was Reinaldo, Ballard, nordi and roeffs.

I know the above ones are touch and go and most won't play but xhaka was a surprise.

Love lo9 and alderete but I'm not buzzing at the thought of our set pieces.
