Fried egg sarnie for breakfast.
Had chicken stir fry with loads of veg for dinner.
Tea is homemade chicken tikka masala with rice.

Have been following a time restricted feeding diet as an experiment and this is the first day that I've had breakfast in ages. I've also not been having carbs on a night but it's curry so what are ya going to do.

Have it without rice.
 
I'll just have a little bit, just been for a run so feel like I've earned it :oops: might even have a few cans and watch the match depending on the lineup

Loads of carbs in your beer marra but I fancy a few bevvies myself to watch the shite.
