It's always interesting to see who wins the striker tombola like this season. Jobe has been lucky of late. Wonder if they'll let some fans be put into it for a laugh before the end of the season? Watch somebody in a XXL knock one past Sheff Wed to go level on goals with Burstow for the season.
 
The closest we got to flag being flag wavers when we were bairns was being picked up out of the crush at Roker Park by some git big miner gadgie stood behind us and put out of harms way on the cinder track that ran around the pitch. Hundreds of kids would end up sitting on it at some games.

No one seemed to worry that the likes of big Charlie Hurley could trample at least half a dozen of us to death if he couldn't stop himself while running at high speed towards the byeline.
