I've done no training/exercise since late August due to moving house, and I’m feeling it. Last weekend I managed to get the new garage sorted out, do really I’m just using this thread as an excuse to show off my home gym set up.

I had the weight equipment at the old house, but no garage so it sat outside and had to go in the shed when the house was on the market. The treadmill was £20 off Gumtree.

Once I finally get to the tip when they open after Christmas I can get back into it.

It doubles up as my brewery, everything at the back is beer related.

Yeah. I’ve been doing a 4 day a week programme that I’ve been running Monday-Thursday and I’m feeling good.

I’ve started with the weights quite low (not exactly Stringlifts starting low) but it was quite easy when I started off and in 3 weeks I’ve got up to 3x5 deadlifts at 100kg and 3x10 bench at 50kg. Adding either 2.5kg or 5kg (occasionally more where it’s been too eas) to each exercise each session.
