Until they bring back Steed and Mrs. Peel I’m not interested in any of these fake “Avengers” films. Bloody half hearted yank remakes.
 
Cant wait for this...I reckon Iron man ,Cap and Thor will get cancelled...The new avengers will centre around BP, Spidey and Cpt Marvel...still expect Black Widow and Scarlet witch to survive the cull as well

I think everyone has been replaced with someone at some point.

I'm pretty sure Bucky Barnes became Captain America after Rogers died in the Civil War comic. Iron man is replaceable, he's just some bloke in a suit.

I hope they kill Stark off, the film's have established he can control suits remotely while at the other side of the world, why would he ever get into one and endanger himself?
 
I've completely fallen behind with these. Still not seen Civil War (I think I was up to date before then, everything up to and including Winter Soldier) but seen a few since that I thought wouldn't spoil any that had gone before them (Guardians 2, Thor Ragnarok, Doctor Strange (may have been before?)). What films other than Civil War will I need to see to understand what's going on here?

Bit of Iron Man comic nerd... Stark has been replaced a few times over the years....

James Rhodes replaced Stark for awhile when Stark was battling his alcohol addiction and couldn’t function in the armour.

Happy Hogan helped out Stark when needed.

James Rhodes again took over from Stark when he faked his own death to recover from a spinal injury - this armour ended up being the introduction of War Machine armour.

Norman Osborne took ownership of Stark’s catalogue of armours during a time when Stark was blamed for an alien invasion, Osborne used Stark’s armour to create the Iron Patriot.

Pepper Potts had a armour specialially designed for her by Stark when she had to have a power unit to help her heart - armour was code named “Rescue”

When Stark is supposedly killed by Captain Marvel, his mind is the AI support in his replacement’s armour for Riri Williams.

Also Doctor Victor Von Doom took on the title and responsibility by becoming “The Infamous Iron Man”

Just civil war really. The others are all stand alone but tie in.

Some top beards from cap and as usual, thor. Hooray for hulkbuster iron man too.
it looks a bit chod though. Far too much CGI, it looks like a computer game demo.
