As the title says.

Game is at Houghton, subject to confirmation that the pitch isn't double booked.

If it's on, I will be looking to play 2 of the U15s from Houghton. NASWUT were bowled out for 40 against KJ Old Boys and I don't want the game descending into a farce so at least 2, maybe more. But still, names please.

SMB lads ever have net or owt?

Had a year or 2 out since a nasty shoulder injury, wouldn't mind easing myself back into playing again, got a bit of a fear of knacking it again.

Would probs be worth giving the youngsters a bowl as well for experience.

We were lucky to get that altough to be fair, the outfield at Etherley was shin high. I've never seen owt like it:lol:

Sounds like an improvement on their old ground then.

Harry - we usually do, but struggling to get an outdoor one organised this year. Just keep your eyes peeled.

The kids will be bowling, whoever is captain will be ensuring this is the case.

No disrespect meant to NASWUT but the SMB have some handy bowlers and I'm sure no-one wants a one-sided game.

Yes it's a bank hol and will be a 6pm start as usual.

It's a very low key sort of game so you would have no problem easing back into it

I thought Etherley disbanded?

Good that you're keeping NASUWT ticking along Greavsie.

Etherley have disbanded bat their junior team as a result kj have taken over there pitch

Also naswut won't be an easy game

Disrespectful to say otherwise. Good luck lads

Point 1 - their home game, so they - like us - have limited dates.

Point 2 - there is a few upcoming in the next few weeks.

And just realised this is another SMB game I can't f***ing play. f***ing work.

Sadly, I don't think it would be beneficial to the team if I waited until works rotas were out to organise games. ;-) and besides, I wouldn't pick me even if me name was down!
