Australia vs England T20s


I know it’s technically correct as it’s referring to England as a single entity, but the scoreboard saying “England was 1-25” is minging.

Should be “England were” for me.

Problem is getting in a decent alternative. Not convinced Parkinson is the answer because of the lack of batting.

Hopefully he finds form as an in-form Rashid is by far our best option
