Australia v Pakistan - 1st ODI

Don't think I've ever seen so many overs bowled by only 4 bowlers in an ODI, doesn't say a lot for Pakistan's 5th bowler
Doesn't even look like they picked a fifth bowler!

Agha is the only other bowler in the side and he's very much a part timer. As we saw in the test series.

Pretty mental way to pick a side, no wonder Kirsten packed it in

They're definitely going through a lean spell like. That's 26 defeats in 27 against the Aussies or something stupid.

Hard to see how I gets better for them tbh. Even the Afghanis have better and exciting prospects around at the moment.

Aussies getting hammered in the 2nd
Had the wireless on since this morning.

Lovely to hear the Aussies getting absolutely mullered. Could be a ten wicket hiding here.

Auz 163 ao with Rauf taking 5for. Paks openers knocking them off in style.

They nearly won the 1st one as well. Nice to see some confidence returning to their team.

Strange game this. Aussies were coasting at 70-odd for 2 and a bit unlucky not to take early wickets. Haris Rauf can have that effect, he's such a great bowler in Australia.

Aye, in Australia his pace is aided by the fast wickets there.

Other places where the conditions are less favourable for fast bowling, he struggles imo. Lacks cricketing guile to get the best out.

Bowls a mean slow ball and yorker though, so maybe best suited for the limited overs games.
