In a sense it does, but there was a huge mental challenge for us in winning in Australia. The fact that the Aussies are dogshite at the moment was just emphasised by our 3 innings wins. We had every right to expect victory there and got it as convincingly as we should have.

Personally, I don't care how bad they are, beating them is just as satisfying regardless.

this pitch was nowhere near good enough at the start of the match and was more like a decent pitch come day three and four

backfired on the aussies though

if that had been available during the ashes england would have won inside 3 days, with our attack

the aussies are no further forward in my opinion. i fancy india to beat them in the next series
