Love the way the Aussie comms are talking up Warner. if he was playing for England they would be slagging us to fuck. I know he got a ton in the last game but he is never a test match player.

How many players have the Aussies played in tests since we beat them? They seem to have a few changes every game. I take it Watson is injured?

They have turned into what England were during the 1990's. Their golden age is well and truly over.

Saw a bit of the first night. India started well, Ponting looked very dodgy early on (As he always does to be fair).

Think India will out bat the Aussies as the Australian top 3 is very average. They do also have the one world class bowler between the 2 sides in Zaheer.

Think I'd go with EB and predict a 2-1 win to the Indians.

I think it more the similarities with the constant chopping and changing. Throwing in kids with 4 first class matches behind them.

They only have 80 first class pro compared to our 400 odd so i doubt they would ever be as bad as we were

Only really seen the short highlights and it looks like a canny match between two closely matched sides. I think the Aussies should stick with that Pattinson even if he has a poor match or two - he looks like he has a bit of quality about him.
 
been watching 1st session live then catching up on the highlights. loved it when siddall bowled the no ball wicket :lol:

very exciting and tight test thus far. i fancy india to just edge it although id prefer the aussies.

i will be happy if the aussies have those openers against us like, wickets just waiting to happen.
