VERY CONCerned by Englands lack of bowling resources

tremlett would walk into most world 11's atm and he's not even in the world cup squad
Yardy is no more than a county bowler
Bresnan is no more than a county bowler
Yardy is no more than a county bowler
Bresnan is no more than a county bowler
The same Bresnan who ran through Australia's best 3 batsmen in no time at the MCG![]()
one swallow doenst make a summer.
MCG was conducive to seam movement
Very true but he's always looked more than capable of being a 1st or 2nd change bowler at the test level IMO. As I've said a number of times, with his action being so simple and repetetive, he could be a very handy stock bowler for England in years to come.
very limited who has got a chance before others on the fact he can club a quick 20 down the order
will get found out in time
In fairness to the lad he hit 80 batting at 8 in a ODI so that would suggest his batting talents are a bit more advanced than that.
Integral part of an Ashes and world cup winning side yet you call him very limited![]()
20/20 cricket he is alright. Your technique doesnt get exposed as much
He's scored 90 in a test match aswell, terrible lad, terrible.
who against?
Bangladesh, but I'm sure you did say their bowling attack was their strongest suit.
this the same Bangladesh who didnt beat any of the county 2ndXI strings in their warm up games.
Bangladesh have two test match class players, Tamim Iqbal and Sakib-Al-Hassan with Mortaza as well when fit but wasnt for their tour over here
Their bowling is better than their batting but my clubs first team have a better batting line up than them
