I mean you're right in that it was a decent day if you're side is bang average. By no other definiton does the term decent describe getting that score, agaisnt a supposedly average attack, on that track, which is getting less friendly to the attack by the second. You only have to look at what Australia have managed to do on a pitch more ammenable to bowling in the same amount of time to see that.[DOUBLEPOST=1386514394][/DOUBLEPOST]
Best way to stop it is to shut them up with your cricket. Sledging only works against weak sides. You never hear of say Alma crying becuase people are having a pop. And as has been said before, plenty England players have a go when they're on top as well. Australia have sadly earned the right to be cocky and England aren't good enough at present to shut them up.
