Anybody know if the ticket office is open tomorrow and at what time, need to go and sort out my season card, they reckon they can't take payment via direct debit because it's been cancelled ffs
 
depends who emails you back at the ticket office , I emailed them asking to move my 2 seats to premier concourse for Saturday and got a email back to say that they can not move my seats to the premier concourse and if I wanted to move seats i would need to move to the same price category seats as my season tickets were, I knew this was bull shit as I've moved loads of times before.
went to the ticket office in person and the lady moved my two tickets straight away , no questions asked

That happened to me about 7 or 8 seasons ago. Came back from hols in September to a letter from the club saying DD rejected or cancelled. Seemed to have happened to a fair few with Lloyds bank for some reason. Did what your doing, luckily the office was just open all the time on week days then so just blasted up and paid the balance owing on a card. Have paid in full ever since.
Yeah, Saturday's they are closed unless match day, but club shop is open and has a ticket kiosk in there

So it is in the club shop nowadays not the separate ticket office

Mate, my eldest son is now classed as an adult and I have lost visibility of his account. The direct debit came out of my account this season and there's no reference to his season card payment in the debit info they sent me for next season. He logged into his account and apparently the payment is set up (to come out of my account) they just declined to let me know the details. It feels like having your direct debit cancelled is getting off lightky....

Hope you get sorted tho marra obviously!!

There's one in club shop all the time now, a soft launch, but still the ticket office building

I normally pay in full, but thought I'd try the direct debit option, set up the direct debit when I renewed, so how they are saying I cancelled it is beyond me. Just going to pay in full tomorrow if the ticket office is open. Absolute shambles.
