Demand i don't think is there yet, 9 more blocks to go before reaching them. Not sure if they would want them using same kiosks and toilets as Watford

Not fully, because the concourse covers all six blocks in North Upper, so that creates a problem if we go further than P24.

Yes. There's no way there will be home fans in North Upper.
