Whichever way the match goes, and whether we do or don't finish in a play off spot, imo this squad of mainly young and very talented players, deserves to be lauded and backed to the hilt, by a full to capacity SOL.

The way we've been entertained by them this season, is a huge positive, and the fantastic attacking football they play, is an absolute breath of fresh air, especially after the stench of Parky's hoofball, and the absolute mind numbing dross which was served up to us in the relegation years, by uncaring, overpaid players with inflated ego's to match their inflated contracts & wages, who lacked professional pride, and strolled around swinging the lead and taking the piss out of the fans & the club.

Let's get the stadium filled on Saturday, and give The Lads a fitting send off, in their last home league game, of the season.

Ha'way The Lads.

Aye, just think, how many times have we read on here, especially after journey men players have let us down, "feck it, just give the youth time a chance and see what happens!". Well we now know what can happen and crikey, have they paid us back in spades, even if we don't quite get to the play offs, or can't sustain performances through the play offs themselves.

Well said that man. What a great bunch of lads.

Tony deserves a full house too.

Absolutely agree. 👍

They've ALL played their part, in giving us a season of football, to be proud of.

For far too long, Sunderland as a football club, and us fans who unconditionally give our support, has been in the doldrums.

This season has given us a real reason to be optimistic that better & brighter times, are on the horizon, for SAFC.

Given Watford have a 2,000 allocation spread across the back half of the tier, what blocks can still be opened without compromising segregation?

Agreed.
There's been far too much wrong in recent seasons, to be justifiably unhappy about, especially for on the pitch matters, but this season has given us all reason to be upbeat & positive.

Looking at their website, it looks like they have all the way up to P24.

I reckon you could sell up to P21 and then halfway along P22 if needed.

I know you need some segregation but there's absolutely zero history of any bother between the 2 fanbases to my knowledge?

So if we do go up, and it's a big game that everyone wants to go to next season, due to how the away are seated, we could have a couple of thousand empty seats at the front of the top tier and people will miss out.
