A few but although he’ll no doubt get a bit of stick at the game, most people will see it worked out pretty well for us in the end despite his questionable moral code.

He was the right man to get us out of League 1 where others had tried and failed.

His desire for absolute control on recruitment and reluctance to adhere to ‘the model’ would no doubt have resulted in confrontation at some point even without the Stoke job but as it worked out Mowbray was the ideal man to take over.

I suspect he made the biggest mistake of his career when deciding to fuck off from us. The way he went about still leaves a bitter taste. However, I should thank him as we're much better off now anyway.

Hope he's enjoying the grief he's getting off a half empty stadium of Stoke fans.
