Attendance Thread - Norwich City

Why should they? Have they family members or a support network? Pretty ignorant and patronising comments coming from you.

What about kids or older people who may not have access to technology, credit cards etc. You are alright though so fk everyone else.
So these people who don't have family members or access to technology have to drag their arses all the way to the stadium ticket office and buy a ticket more than likely having to take public transport.

You're probably talking about less than 50 people

Mate I've just been on again to check to see if anything had improved.
There's 2 seats near the front of L31, I've zoomed in as far as it can go (which takes an age to even zoom!), after a while I managed to get 1 of them in my basket, I'm still trying for the second.
I do have about 6 other seats from the block next to it in my basket though which I clicked no where near 🤣
:D :D It does wind you up like, I hit that bastard refresh button a few times!

Are you Steve Davison?

Technology works for you great. It doesnt work for all.

A couple of cash and contactless turnstiles makes the club inclusive and caters for people who may wish to just turn up on the day without the faff of the ticket office - why is that such an issue for you?

Even if I took your figures 50 people paying £30 it would easily pay for a turnstile operator and associated costs.

Nothing in life works for all man There's always always help for people if they really need or want something

Yet hundreds of others seem to find seats they want fine

What wonderful news that is for those. Do you regularly buy match tickets for home games on a game by game basis?

Right. So it’s something to work on and improve. That’s what people are saying but you’re being a dick to anyone saying it

Nothing in life works for all man there isn't a solution for every single person on earth. There's always always help for people if they really need or want something
I get your Im alright Jack and sod everyone else attitude by now. Pretty selfish imho.

Technology for those who use it and cash or contactless turnstiles for those who dont which will also pick up the casual supporter is not too much to ask.

Pretty sad that supposed supporters coulnt care less about other supporters.

You obviously struggle with technology I get it but you are in the minority I'm afraid. I do fear for people in say 5' years time when they recon cash payments will become very rare

I asked the question earlier, but what was the answer from the club when they were presumably asked for this by the fans’ groups? Do we know what their reason was for not doing this ?
I’m genuinely interested. They might think that opening the ticket office 5 days plus match days is sufficient.

More patronising and ignorant comments. I get you are a selfish c unt. Fair enough.

Just make it easy for people, whatever their background, to support the club is all people are asking.

Another genuine question.
Can you buy a programme or enter the “Haway and play” raffle with cash at the game?

Yes to both although I’ve not seen a programme in the ground for a while. They are mainly outside. I paid the lottery with cash against Coventry

Have you actually tried picking from the seat map?

Thought my mates were being knackers when they said they couldn't pick seats next to me but I had the same bother when I tried.
I tried on Android and Apple phones, same crack on both.
I found using my tablet was a better option

Interesting, so presumably someone at the club has to deal with cash on a match day. Unless both the raffle and programmes are outsourced.

It's the way things are now if it's not today then it will be further down the line that everything is done online. But people will still moan.
Because the system doesn't

So your basically saying the minority don't matter.

6% of the UK do not have access to the Internet.

Assuming you are part of the 94% that do then good for you Richie.
Love the "I'm alright Jack" attitude RK.
No, you are missing my point. I am referring to people posting on this thread....clearly they have access to the Internet!

In future have a think before trying to be the big lad eh?
Or you provide a decent level of customer service so those who cant or dont want to go on line can purchase a ticket or alternatively turn up on match day and get access with cash or contactless.
Unfortunately we are in very difficult times for businesses, and having hundreds of staff hanging round twiddling their thumbs is a thing of the past. People need to self serve and allow the one person in the ticket office free to help out the pensioners who don't have access to the Internet.

Aye it was a great idea having everyone working from home as companies realised it saved a fortune during lockdown.People said it was “ the way forward and “ I love this working from home -I can roll out of bed and log on hey ho “
Let’s hope there’s not a massive spike in home heating and electric bills and people wanting to go back to the office or open up those places that closed down.
I’ve never said I was in favour of it. I’m not responsible for trends.
