That’s a cracking attendance. Feels much higher than when we were in this league under McCarthy and Keane

I think you’re right. His football was dire and there was no huge buzz around the place (unlike with Keane).

A couple of exciting signings during the week and a promo push by the club might get us up near 40K.

Two of our first three home games kicking off at 12.30pm isn't on like, our home crowd is usually a huge advantage and that's often diminished by an early kick off.

I think 38k is probably about right.
It might go a bit higher with Norwich being one of ANs ex clubs, but they're another club that generally don't travel well.

They do usually bring good numbers here due to the friendly rivalry but getting here for a 12:30 kick off is going to reduce numbers.
