That’s why we make all tickets available and if there’s no demand then tell some staff they’re not needed on that day.

The Mag with the tattoo on his neck. I know who you mean though mate. When we went to pick new seats at the end of the last Championship season when they were kicking everyone out of the concourse she tried to bar a woman from the stadium for asking a question

I approached her recently as I had an issue with my ticket at the turnstile , instead of having a bit of empathy & Fastrack me to sort it she insisted I join the back of the purchase queue

Plan ahead. A good Friday fixture at 5.30 was always going to attract a bigger than normal crowd.
