Ashwin to Surrey

The way players can come and go/interchange in cricket is pathetic, the Carse and Stokes situation last week was comedic to say the least.
It appears you can just sign/invite players to come and play for you on a whim, bit pathetic really.
 

I see Surrey have also signed Australian Tim David from club cricket in Holland to play in the rest of the T20 for them.
He played for South Shields for probably 3 or 4 seasons s few years back. Scored a boat load of runs for Shields.
