Carse fitness record is far from impressive -ongoing issue with a bruised toe. Campbell mentioned last season that he'd had the issue for a year and it still hasn't been resolved. Did bat yesterday,however. Be interesting to see if he bowls tomorrow.

England's bowling attack is terrible. Doubt Archer, Stokes or Wood will play all 5 tests.
