Are you genuinely Sunderland till you die ?

Yes.
Highs and lows bring different reactions from different people though.
I think my lowest was the Doncaster 2-1 at home under Dodds and then the Wembley win was the highest. Both of them had me thinking I’m done. One because it was depressingly shite, and the other because it was an emotional high which although league 1 will take some topping

Since then I’ve been to nearly every home game and about 75% of the away games.

When the emotion calms I just can’t let go

Remember when we played Stoke in 2005 on final day of season and got presented the Championship trophy

Full house and people singing "Sunderland til I die" after a season where our average attendance was 28,820

Some people went to a football match and sang songs about one of the teams playing in it shocker.
