Are UK court trials easier than most others?

I'm guessing that's the reason why Trump wants to do a trial in the UK because if guilty would he get less of a punishment compared to somewhere like America or Canada.

As @Arkle says, Trump is suing someone here. It is a civil case, so there will be no guilty verdict for anyone and no punishment.

Trump is the claimant anyway - he is seeking a remedy from the defendant.

Legally, the absolute worst that can happen to Trump if he loses is an order that he pays a portion of the defendant's costs.
