Good morning Hank, Becs, and everyone, off to see my German friend this morning (Herr Kutz) and a couple of errands to run, with the possibility of some fresh air and exercise this afternoon. The wind is up already but the sun keeping peeping through the clouds.

Morning all. Stopping off work today as I'm fasting all day. Planning to catch up on admin work and housework. The fun starts at 5pm then again at 8pm

Evening everyone, might give the Southampton game a watch to see if they bottle it same as Leeds and Ipswich at the weekend.

Drizzly 12-12°c with the occasional sunny spells here tomorrow in MK so dodging the showers to walk the boys.

@sismanhatton @Cyprus @gluepot @thamesvalleyman ...the physio was amazed that I didn't arrive in a wheelchair, 30yrs in the job he's not seen as much metal in anyone's vertebrae. He's given me excersises to help strengthen my legs and arms and will see me again in 2 weeks time.

All I can say is that the Notre Dame rebuild is going well.

Good luck Becs, I think my Missus is on the list for one of them - she has requested heavy sedation.

It's the best way. I was going to have the last one with no sedation as my Mam was away on holiday and I didn't have anyone to pick me up from hospital afterwards. The nurse persuaded me to have sedation and book patient transport. I didn't realise that was for everyone! I just thought it was for old and/or disabled people.
