If you're found with £10k worth of cannabis resin, you're always going to be charged with concerned in the supply or possession with intent to supply. Awfully difficult to persuade a jury otherwise, although I had a bloje last year who had 54 viable plants, worth anything between £14k & £30k, depending on size on expected onward deal, where I persuaded the jury it was for personal use and he walked.

Awfully difficult to persuade a jury otherwise, although I had a bloje last year who had 54 viable plants, worth anything between £14k & £30k, depending on size on expected onward deal, where I persuaded the jury it was for personal use and he walked.

Aye. Thought about becoming an advocate, but there's a couple of subjects that I didn't take at uni that I'd need, and then it's best part of a year off shadowing an advocate without pay. Sod that.

I think you need to be. Some of the shit we have to deal with can be quite harrowing at times. Gallows humour definitely kicks in.
