Anyone bet on us to go down ?

£150 at 11/1 plus £20 free bet with Skybet. If we do go down I'll cover my 4 season tickets for next season - so in effect a free season of championship football to soften the blow.

That said I am at the Emirates tomorrow night hoping I will lose my £150!!!

In 2009 I came home fuming after the 3-1 scudding at Pompey and put £20 on us going down and £20 on the Mags stopping up. As usual, I was a loser. Tempted to do the same today.

Every time I've won a bet this year I've put half the winnings on us to go down as a compensation bet.

The odds have been pretty crap all year thanks to our woeful form, but now we are at 8-1 , I've slipped an extra 50 quid on it this week as I'm sure this will reduce after Wednesday.

In line for about 800 quid compo if we go down . Will pay for a season ticket and a few rail journeys next season if it comes in. If not, il be delighted

Odds nowhere near that when I checked
Because it has to be a made up bet. The odds are half that and you also can't put us in twice

There must be some money going on one or all three teams, because our odds have be up and down all day, were down to 8/1 at one stage and up to 9/1 now.

I already have recent winnings in my slush fund $500 from the Everton win and $200 from the correct score 0-0 Leicester game. So it'll be at least $700 'insurance' to ease the pain. I've lived through 7 or 8 relegations in my lifetime and I have an awful feeling about Saturday.

....hope it all goes down the tube after a draw tonight though.

Honestly can't understand why you would want to bet on us to go down. I'd almost say you're not a real fan if you do that. Unacceptable.

Why, what's happening Saturday?

Saturday? More llke Monday for you Stan :-)

I don't think we've ever gone down with these sort of odds with 2 teams looking to get unlikely results. The mags and Hull both winning would be extremely unlikely and we also have 2 unlikely chances of a point.

if we lose tonight I'm thinking of putting a bet on the three results that could relegate us on Sunday but I'm an utter novice at betting! Can I use these free bets at online bookies to do a bet like that???

Yes you should be able too

£40 at 17/2 with PP

Happy to lose it ... however if we drop a little cash to pay the rest of my stag trip in Sept
