This is all getting a bit surreal now, let's hope the saffers give us a sterner test :lol:

Be nice if we get a bit cheeky and start suggesting the ashes get knocked back to 3 tests as 5 isn't competitive

Great day, great weather and credit to the ground staff

Most Aussie players spot on after the game signing autographs and chatting, Micheal Clarke ignored everyone. Special mention to Brett Lee who hobbled about and signed autographs for 15 minutes.

Really pleased for Durham today, a lot of southern arrogance in the stands whinging that the ground isn't international standard blah blah, tedious but never mind.

Great day

By all accounts a great sporstman in both senses of the word. Shame he's coming to the end of his career.

In truth England should have wrapped that up 10 overs earlier.
Iv'e never seen such a poor Aussie uncompetitive team.
Their only players with any class are Lee Watson and Clarke.
It didn't help them losing Watson and Lee Injured.
I think I nodded off after Bell was out because it was boring, plodding, tedium and with the result never in doubt I dropped off.

Was a cracking day like, head and arms burned .
Great crack in the crowd, what happened when all the stewards starting running up the steps?

was a bit of bother in the back row of the barmy army stand...looked like a bit of a scuffle was going on.

Shane Watson and Brett Lee are top class...took ages making sure everyone had things signed...while Clarke ignored everyone.

Another plus for Durham CCC.....cant wait for the 5 dayer next year.

Quite a bus load of boro in that area and a couple of their lads had a disagreement with some of our lot, handbags really

We were sat in with a load of mags, paully and boris in front and peterlee mags behind. Was great crack though

Aye he was spot on, had time for everyone. Doherty, Clarke and Warner ignored people (only about 20 or so waiting for autographs), which was a bit shit to see but never mind. Lee was struggling to walk yet hobbled about and signed everything.

.

Spoke to a couple of people last night after the game and they said Clarke is very rude and ignorant. David Hussey also very good, spoke to him a few times before when he's played for Notts and he's got time for everyone.
